The kickboxing program will teach you the fundamentals of Kickboxing like punches, kicks, and footwork while incorporating cardio into it for a great workout. The program will thoroughly introduce its most important elements. Our students will learn how to properly position hands, shift weight, and most importantly, how to strike effectively by using fists, shins, and knees.
