Cardio Kickboxing Program
Program Description:
This program of cardio kickboxing will teach you the fundamentals of the Kickboxing martial art like punches, kicks, and footwork while incorporating cardio into it for a great workout. The program will thoroughly introduce its most important elements. Our students will learn how to properly position hands, shift weight, and most importantly, how to strike effectively by using fists, shins, and knees. There is no sparring in this program! Partner drills are limited to catching punches with the gloves/mitts, and most combinations will be practiced on the heavy bag, a time-tested training tool used in martial art sport.
